Meet Ron
Ron Eivaz is the senior pastor of Harvest Church, a vibrant, multi-campus church based in Turlock, California, with a passion for revival, the presence and power of the Holy Spirit, and building a healthy, thriving local church.
With more than 30 years of ministry and leadership experience, Ron is a pastor, author, and leadership mentor committed to helping people break through limitations and reach their God-given potential. His teaching combines biblical truth, practical leadership wisdom, and a deep conviction that the Holy Spirit desires to transform every area of our lives.
Ron is the author of Kingdom Multiplication, a 52-week devotional on biblical generosity, stewardship, and living with an expectation of God’s provision and increase. His newest book, Blind Spots, Deaf Spots & Dumb Spots, explores the hidden patterns and areas of self-sabotage that can keep us from becoming who God has called us to be.
Ron holds degrees from Oral Roberts University and Regent University and has invested extensively in developing and mentoring leaders in ministry, business, and government. He is also the founder of Harvest Ministry Network, a growing community of pastors, churches, and ministry leaders committed to healthy leadership, revival, and lasting Kingdom impact.
Through his books, speaking, mentoring, and the Harvest Ministry Network Leadership Podcast, Ron equips leaders to grow personally, lead effectively, and build what God has entrusted to them.
Ron and his wife, Jennifer, are passionate about strengthening the Church, raising up the next generation of leaders, and seeing lives and communities transformed by the presence and power of God.
